The Blomberg Model Home
This special home was featured (along with Jones and Emmons' Eichler Homes) by the Basalt Rock Company in their 1956 Basalite sales brochure that went out to AIA members. Thank you to the staff at UCLA Special Collections for providing these wonderful images from A.I.A File 10-C 1956!
Also, a special thank you to David Orr of Golf Course Terrace Neighborhood Association for sharing scans of the 1955 Parade of Homes Booklet where this home originally appeared!
And finally, thank you to Zann Gates for digging up the building permit confirming the address.
