Lost to the bulldozer. Check out the amazing angles in plan, which imagines a bird in flight, and this house's proximity to the American River. Just caught these Bing Satellite maps before they had been updated to reflect the Palatial McMansion that is now on the site.
[updated] This may have been the Boyer House, designed by Anshen + Allen in 1951.
